MR. TOREN concentrates his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation and general litigation. Mr. Toren has been involved in all facets of workers’ compensation law, with a focus on defending insurers and self-insured business and government entities. Mr. Toren has litigated and resolved work place injury claims across the government, healthcare, and trucking sectors. In addition to his workers’ compensation practice, Mr. Toren has experience defending insurers and businesses in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, toxic tort, fire, and construction matters. Mr. Toren has also litigated subrogation and breach of contract actions. Mr. Toren has assisted municipalities and public safety organizations with civil rights and labor and employment matters. Mr. Toren has assisted school districts with personnel and student disciplinary issues, as well as assisted with management and administration of public pensions. Mr. Toren is experienced and available to assist clients with a variety of litigation matters.
